Editorial Policy

Our editorial standard is simple: a page should help a coach or consultant make a better systems decision even if they never click an affiliate link.

Workflow-first analysis

We evaluate products against concrete operating jobs—lead capture, booking, pipeline management, follow-up, onboarding and client delivery—rather than ranking software by the length of its feature list.

Product claims and pricing

Time-sensitive claims such as prices, trials, plan differences and current functionality are checked against first-party product pages or official documentation when practical. Pages that rely on such claims include a sources section. Because software changes, the merchant's current site remains the final source of truth at purchase time.

Affiliate relationships

Some links may result in a commission to Client Systems Lab. We mark affiliate CTAs and maintain a dedicated disclosure page. We do not create fake discounts, urgency, testimonials or performance claims to increase clicks.

Testing language

We distinguish documented-capability analysis from firsthand testing. Unless the site has actually tested a product in the described way, we avoid language such as “we tested” or “our results showed.”

Corrections

If a factual error is identified, the goal is to correct the affected page and its structured data rather than preserve an outdated claim for consistency.
